1. | Rinse prawns and take out intestines, cut into half. Cut Turnip Cake into pieces |
2. | Cut crab sticks into 3 parts. Rinse Bean Sprouts and set aside | 3. | Sautee ginger in 1 tbsp of olive oil and add in bean sprouts. Stir-fry. |
4. | Add in turnip cake pieces, crab sticks and seasonings. Stir-fry until sauce dried up. Serve. |
