Ingredients
 
6 pieces lamb cutlets1/2 onion, sliced
 

Seasoning
 
 
 

Marinade
 
4 tbsp grapefruit honey2 tbsp miso
1/2 tbsp mirin2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce1 tsp cooking wine
1 tsp ginger juice 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Rinse lamb cutlets; shred onions
2.Marinate the lamb cutlet for about 30 mins. Drain the marinade and set aside.
3.Heat oil pan fry lamb cutlet until cooked.
4.Heat oil, sauté onions and add in the marinade, cook until boil.
