Ingredients
 
2 pcs of egg plant 2 tsp of garlic
1 tsp of ginger mash 1 tsp of miso sauce
 

Seasoning
 
1 tsp of flour 3 tbsp of water
1 tbsp of sugar 1/2 tsp of salt
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Wash eggplant with salt, peeled and cut into pieces, mix with 2 tbsp of flour
2.Heat 2 tbsp of oil, add in ginger mash, garlic and miso sauce until become thick, add in eggplant and cooked until soft.
3.Mix with seasonings. Serve.
