Ingredients
 
180 g Asparagus 20 g chopped ginger
 

Seasoning
 
1/2 tsp sesame oil Some Salt
Some Sugar 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Peel the hard part on Asparagus, chop into pieces. Fry and poach, add in iced water to cool down
2.Squeeze the juice out of the Ginger, add in all seasonings with ginger sauce and add in Asparagus. Serve
