2 pcs of Cucumber | 1 Roll of Carrot | 1/2 cups of Corn Kernels | 8 pcs Vietnam Rice Paper |

Seasoning
|

1/2 cup of plain yogurt | 1 tbsp lemon juice | Some Salt | Some Pepper |

Marinade

Cooking Method

1. | Peel the cucumber and carrot, shred. Place in water and add in some salt, leave them for 10 minutes | 2. | Mix all seasonings in bowl and add in shredded cucumber, carrots and corn kernels | 3. | Sprinkle some water in the Vietnamese Rice Paper, fill with fillings and roll up. Serve |
