Ingredients
 
150g Konjac 50 g Turnip
1 tbsp garlic 
 

Seasoning
 
Sauce Ingredient3 tbsp of Japanese BBQ Sauce
1 tbsp of sugar 150ml stock
1 tbsp mirin 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Cut konjac into long stripes, put in boiling water with some vinegar and let it boil for 3 minutes, drain with cold water.
2.Peel turnip, rinse and chop into pieces. Poach in water and remove.
3.Heat some oil and sauté garlic, add in konjac and turnip, stir-fry and add in sauce ingredients cook until sauce dries up. Serve.
