Ingredients
 
1 1/2 cup of white button mushrooms 2/3 cup of walnuts
1/2 cup of green peas 
 

Seasoning
 
3/4 tsp of salt 1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp chicken powder 1 tbsp water
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Blanch walnuts in boiling water and soda powder for 2 minutes. Drain well.
2.Fry button mushrooms and walnut in oil for awhile, drain ; blanch green peas in boiling water, drain.
3.Heat some oil, add in some wine to sautee msuhrooms, green peas and walnut, add in seasonings. Thicken sauce with cornstarch water. Serve
