Ingredients
 
1pc red bell pepper1pc yellow bell pepper
2pcs green bell pepper 
 

Seasoning
 
1 tsp salta dash of Janpanese Mixed Chili Pepper Powder (shichimi togarish)
a dash sesame oil 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Cut the peppers into bite size and remove seeds.
2.Heat 1 liter of corn oil over medium high heat until 170∘c. Add tge peppers and let them fry for 15 to 20 seconds, drain well.
3.Sprinkle the seasonings over the peppers and allow to cool. Serve warm or cold.
