Ingredients
 
8 pcs of fresh Shrimp 1/2 cup of Tempura Powder
Some Salad Vegetable Some Pomelo Meat
Some Olive Oil 
 

Seasoning
 
Some Cajun Powder 1/3 cup of passion fruit juice
1 tsp chopped shallot 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Rinse shrimp, peel but leave head and tail.
2.Add 1/3 cup of water in tempura powder
3.Boil olive oil, dip shrimp into tempura mixture and deep fry until crunchy, put on plate with salad vegetable and pomelo meat.
4.Heat 1tbsp of olive oil, pan fry dried shallot, add in other seasonings. Serve as dipping.
