Ingredients
 
1 pc eggplant 6 pc of minced garlic
 

Seasoning
 
1 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tsp sugar 1/4 cup water
a dash of sesame oil 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Fry minced garlic in 1/2 cup of peanut oil over medium heat until golden brown. Drain and mix well with seasonings, bring to boil. Let it cool.
2.Finely slice eggplant, put over on dry pan in medium heat until light golden brown. Pour sauce over eggplant and serve.
