Ingredients
 
320 g eggplant 120 g minced pork
Some garlic 200 ml abalone sauce
 

Seasoning
 
1 tsp oyster sauce Some sugar
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Fry the eggplant and drain. Sautee minced pork with oil in high heat. Remove.
2.Sautee the garlic and add in minced pork and eggplant. Then, pour in abalone sauce and seasonings cook until the sauce thickens. Place into the dish and ready to serve.
