Ingredients
 
2 cups Peanut Oil 1 pc beancurd skin
250g shrimps some shredded carrot
 

Seasoning
 
 
 

Marinade
 
1 tsp corn starch 1 tbsp egg white
Some Salt Some Pepper
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Remove the intestine of the shrimp. Rinse and absorb the water. Then, marinate.
2.Rinse the beancurd skin with a wet towel. Then cut into square size. Place some shredded carrot and shrimp on the beancurd skin. Roll and fix it with corn starch water.
3.Heat Peanut oil, deep-fry the beancurd roll until crispy.
