Ingredients

1 box hard bean curd | 10 g bamboo pith | 4 pcs of black mushroom | 100 g straw mushroom | 2 tsp minced garlic | 1 tsp minced ginger |

1 tbsp oyster sauce | 1 tbsp soy sauce | 1 tsp sugar | 2 tsp corn starch | 3 tbsp water | |

Cooking Method

1. | Diced bean curd and deep fry in oil until turns golden brown, soak the bamboo pith until soft, remove hard portion; soak black mushroom until soft and shred. | 2. | Rinse straw mushroom, scald with bamboo pith with ginger and spring onion water. | 3. | Heat some oil to sauté ginger and garlic, add in mushrooms, bamboo pith and seasoning, stir well, add in diced bean curds and cook in low heat until sauce thickens. |
