Ingredients
 
1 box hard bean curd 10 g bamboo pith
4 pcs of black mushroom 100 g straw mushroom
2 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp minced ginger
 

Seasoning
 
1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar 2 tsp corn starch
3 tbsp water 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Diced bean curd and deep fry in oil until turns golden brown, soak the bamboo pith until soft, remove hard portion; soak black mushroom until soft and shred.
2.Rinse straw mushroom, scald with bamboo pith with ginger and spring onion water.
3.Heat some oil to sauté ginger and garlic, add in mushrooms, bamboo pith and seasoning, stir well, add in diced bean curds and cook in low heat until sauce thickens.
