Ingredients
 
2 tbsp Sichuan Vegetable 3 pcs of mushrooms
1 brick of bean curd 
 

Seasoning
 
1 tbsp of oyster sauce some sesame oil
2 tsp sugar 1 tsp cold water
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Rinse bean curd with cold water and drain. Mix all seasoning ingredients
2.Soak Mushroom and shred, sauté in 1 tsp oil
3.Place bean curd on plate, put the Sichuan vegetable and mushroom on top. And pour the seasonings to serve.
