1. | Mix Marinade and soak with beancurd skin until tender; shred all filling ingredients |
2. | Stir-Fry fillings ingredients with 2 tsp oil, add in seasonings, Dish up and drain off sauce. | 3. | Put some fillings on bean curd skin and roll up. Heat appropriate oil and deep fry rolls until turn golden brown |
4. | Wipe off excess oil, spread with some honey to serve |
