Ingredients
 
240 g fresh squid 120 g dried fresh squid
2 pcs of dried tofu 2 stalk of celery
1 tsp chopped garlic 1 tsp chopped ginger
Some Carrots 
 

Seasoning
 
1 tbsp water 1 tsp Chicken Powder
1/2 tsp Liquid Seasoning 1/2 tsp Oyster Sauce
1/2 tsp Sugar 1/2 tsp Salt
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Skinned, scored and sliced fresh squid, Soak dried squid with cold water until soft and skinned, scored, sliced, Slice tofu, celery and carrots
2.Boil water and blanch squids, tofu, celery and carrots, drain and set aside
3.Sautee garlic and ginger, add in all ingredients stir-fry and add seasonings mix well. Thicken sauce with some cornstarch water, sprinkle with some wine and serve
