Sugar and Vinegar Sauce Egg |

Ingredients

4 pcs of egg | 3 tbsp of cornstarch | 1/4 pc of onion | 1/2 pc green bell pepper | 1/2 pc red bell pepper | |

Seasoning
|

3 tbsp water | 2 tbsp sugar | 2 tbsp ketchup | 1/3 tbsp white vinegar | 1 tsp Chicken Powder | 1/2 tsp Salt |

Cooking Method

1. | Cut onion, green bell pepper and red bell pepper into chunks, boil egg and remove shell cut into half, pat with some chicken powder and cornstarch, deep fry egg until golden brown | 2. | Sautee onions, add in red bell pepper and green bell pepper, stir-fry, add in seasonings and cook until boil. Thicken sauce with cornstarch water, return the egg and mix well. Serve |
