Ingredients

2 pc of fish fillet | 1 pc of egg | 5 tbsp of cornstarch | 1 pc of Mango | 3 tbsp of milk | |

Seasoning
|

Marinade
|
|
1 tsp cornstarch | 1/4 tsp of salt | Dash of Pepper | |

Cooking Method

1. | Rinse and drain fish fillet, cut into pieces and marinade for 15 minutes | 2. | Peel off mango, diced, add in milk, blend until thicken | 3. | Heat oil, dip fish fillet in beaten egg, pat with some cornstarch and deep fry until crispy, put on plate. Pour mango sauce on top to serve. |
