1. | Pat dry fish fillet, slice, and marinade for 15 minutes; trim asparagus and cut into sections |
2. | Fry fish fillet, remove excess oil | 3. | Boil water and blanch asparagus and winter bamboo shoots, drain |
4. | Heat some oil, sautee garlic, ginger and add asparagus, bamboo shoots and seasonings. Add in fish fillet, sprinkle with some wine and thicken sauce with some cornstarch water. Serve |
