Ingredients
 
2 pcs of fish fillet 4 pcs of asparagus
6 pcs of winter bamboo shoots 1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp chopped garlic 
 

Seasoning
 
1 tsp Chicken Powder 1 tsp Liquid Seasoning
1 tsp Sugar 1/4 tsp Oyster Sauce
 

Marinade
 
1/4 tsp Chicken Powder 1/4 tsp Salt
Some Pepper Some Cornstarch
1 egg 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Pat dry fish fillet, slice, and marinade for 15 minutes; trim asparagus and cut into sections
2.Fry fish fillet, remove excess oil
3.Boil water and blanch asparagus and winter bamboo shoots, drain
4.Heat some oil, sautee garlic, ginger and add asparagus, bamboo shoots and seasonings. Add in fish fillet, sprinkle with some wine and thicken sauce with some cornstarch water. Serve
