20 pcs of shelled shrimps | 1/2 pack of mushrooms | 300 grams of rice noodle | 1 tsp minced ginger | 1 tsp minced garlic | 1/2 loin of BBQ Pork | Some bean sprout | Some chive Blossom |

1 tbsp curry sauce | 2 tsp Chicken Powder | 1 tsp Liquid Seasoning | 1 tsp Salt | 1 tsp Sugar | |

Cooking Method

1. | Sectioned the chive blossoms, remove the root of mushrooms and bean sprouts, shred BBQ Pork; Boil water and add in 1 tsp of Chicken Powder, blanch shrimps, chive blossoms and mushrooms. | 2. | Cook rice noodle in boiling water, drain and cool down with cold water | 3. | Sautee ginger, garlic and bean sprouts, add in shrimps, chive blossoms, BBQ pork and mushroom, stir-fry to mix well. | 4. | Add in rice noodles and seasonings, mix well and serve. |
