Ingredients
 
1 pc fish fillet 20 slices of pickled young ginger
1 pc of red bell pepper 1 pc of green bell pepper
2 pcs of pineapple 
 

Seasoning
 
2 tbsp water 1 tsp Chicken Powder
1 tsp Liquid Seasoning 1/2 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt 
 

Marinade
 
1/2 tsp Chicken Powder Some Salt
Some Pepper Some Cornstarch
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Cut thick slices of fish fillet, slice bell peppers and diced pineapples
2.Marinade fish fillet for 15 minutes, and deep fry until cooked. Drain excess oil
3.Cook all ingredients and seasonings in some oil and mix well, thicken sauce with cornstarch water. Serve
