1. | Rinse Chicken and cut into pieces, mix in marinade. Set aside. |
2. | Slice green bell pepper and red chili, Remove skin of dried onion and slightly pat with knife. | 3. | Fry chicken pieces until golden brown in little oil. Remove and set aside |
4. | Saute onion, ginger, garlic, green bell pepper and red chili in 1 tbsp oil and add in black beans stir well. | 5. | Add in chicken pieces and add in seasonings. Finally add in cornstarch water and cook until sauce thickens. Serve |
