Ingredients
 
3 pcs of apple 400 g lean pork
5 pcs of Candied dates 4 slices of dried yam
Some Chinese almonds

Cooking Method
 
1.Rinse Apple and take out the core of the apple; blanch lean pork for awhile and rinse in cold water.
2.Boil 2 ltr of water and put all ingredients and let it boil. Minimize fire and let it boil for 2 hours. Serve Hot!
