1. | Rinse pork chop and press it with a butchery hammer. Marinade it with some salt and pepper for 15 minutes. |
2. | Whisk egg, powder the pork chop with some flour. Dip the pork chop into egg and then to white bread crumbs. | 3. | Deep Fry it until turns golden brown. Wipe off excess oil. |
