Ingredients
 
2隻雞脾1両大紅椒
1両大青椒1両菠蘿
 

Seasoning
 
2湯匙蔗糖4湯匙水
 

Marinade
 
1/4 茶匙蔗糖3兩生粉
1隻雞蛋 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.將雞脾去骨,切細件,用醃料醃10分鐘。燒熱油,雞件抹上生粉後落鑊炸至熟,撈起並瀝乾油,備用。油鑊下油後,下調味料,加入雞球、青椒、紅椒及菠蘿略炒。最後以少許生粉水埋芡即成。
