Ingredients
 
石斑魚1條(16兩)薑、蔥粒各適量
 

Seasoning
 
生抽、老抽各1茶匙 
 

Marinade
 
糖、粟粉各半茶匙生抽1茶匙
 

Cooking Method
 
1.石斑魚劏好,洗淨,抹乾水份,燒滾半鍋清水,放入石斑魚,隔水大火蒸8分鐘,蒸熟後隔去汁液,下蔥粒,淋上調味料,趁熱供吃。
2.清蒸一定要新鮮,魚眼晶瑩通透,魚鱗完整無缺而且有光澤。
