黃立倉1條(12兩)蒜茸1茶匙
豆豉茸2茶匙紅椒粒
蔥粒各適量 
 

Panimpla
 
老抽2茶匙鹽、糖各1/3茶匙
 

Pambabad
 
胡椒粉少許粟粉1茶匙
 

Paraan ng pagluluto
 
1.用少許油炒香蒜茸及豆豉茸,加入調味料拌勻成豉汁。黃立倉洗淨,抹乾水分,下醃料塗勻,上碟,淋上豉汁,隔水大火蒸8分鐘,下紅椒粒、蔥粒供吃。
2.蒜茸及豆豉茸要先用油炒香才烹調,會令菜式特別香及美味。
