Paraan ng pagluluto
 
1.普寧豆醬加入調味料拌勻,備用。沙艋魚洗淨,抹乾水,上碟,淋上普寧豆醬,隔水大火蒸12分鐘,拌上芫茜,淋上熟油供吃。
2.沙艋魚肉質比較粗,但魚味非常鮮美,且魚肉多魚骨少,適合長者及小朋友進食。
