檸檬蒸烏頭
Ingredients
烏頭1條(約1斤)
青檸1個(切片)
芫茜、蔥段各適量
Seasoning
生抽、熟油各1湯匙
Marinade
胡椒粉少許
Cooking Method
1.
烏頭劏好,洗淨,切雙飛,抹乾水分,下醃料抹勻,上碟,鋪上青檸片。燒滾清水半鍋,放入烏頭,用大火蒸8分鐘,下芫茜及蔥段,淋上調味料,趁熱供吃。

購買烏頭最好選一斤左右,魚眼晶瑩通透,魚鱗完整無缺、泛有銀光的,便是上等的烏頭。
