妃子骨半斤蒜茸1茶匙
豆豉茸2茶匙蔥粒、紅椒圈各適量

老抽半湯匙糖半茶匙

紹酒1渴匙生抽半湯匙
粟粉2茶匙 
 

Paraan ng pagluluto
 
1.排骨洗淨,瀝乾水分,下醃料拌勻,醃1小時。用少許油炒香蒜茸及豆豉茸,加入調味料拌勻成豉汁。把豉汁傾入排骨內拌勻,隔水蒸10分鐘,加入紅椒圈及蔥粒即成。
2.妃子骨是帶有少許軟骨的上等排骨,肉質腍滑,但也可用腩排來蒸。
