Ingredients
 
新鮮扇貝4隻蒜茸、豆豉茸各2茶匙
蔥粒1湯匙紅椒粒少許
粟粉1茶匙 
 

Seasoning
 
老抽2茶匙鹽1/4茶匙
糖半茶匙 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.用少許油炒香蒜茸及豆豉茸,加入調味料拌勻成豉汁。扇貝用刀由中央切下,撕去外膜,去掉腸臟,洗淨,瀝乾水分,下粟粉拌勻。把豉汁淋在扇貝上,隔水大火蒸4分鐘,放下蔥粒及紅椒粒,趁熱供吃。
2.蒸海鮮切勿蒸得太久,蒸熟即可品嘗。
