Paraan ng pagluluto
 
1.大中蝦開邊,挑去蝦腸,洗淨,瀝乾水分,下粟粉搽勻。把蝦排上碟,均勻鋪上蒜茸,隔水大火蒸5分鐘,淋上調味料,灑上脆蒜茸及蔥絲,趁熱供吃。
2.這款菜式不宜用急凍蝦來烹調,因急凍蝦的肉質不夠爽。
