椰子粟米煲雞湯
Ingredients
瘦雞1隻
椰子肉1/2個
粟米3條
薑2片
清水15杯

Cooking Method
1.
雞洗淨,椰子肉切塊,洗淨。粟米撕去外衣,切段,洗淨。煲滾清水15杯,放入所有材料,用大火煲20分鐘,轉慢火煲2小時,再用大火煲15分鐘,以鹽調味即成。

椰子肉可切塊或切條,但不可壓成汁烹調,否則湯水的椰汁味會太濃及太肥膩。
