荷葉冬瓜煲老鴨
Ingredients
老鴨1隻
金華火腿1/2兩
冬瓜2斤
荷葉1/4張
生熟薏米2兩
陳皮2片
清水15杯

Marinade
Cooking Method
1.
陳皮用水浸軟,刮淨瓤。鴨開邊,洗淨,飛水。冬瓜去籽,洗淨,切大塊。
2.
荷葉及生熟薏米分別洗淨。煲滾清水15杯,放入所有材料,用大火煲15分鐘,轉慢火煲2小時,再用大火煲10分鐘,下適量鹽調味即成。
3.
老鴨要選絨毛較少的;冬瓜以肉白及結實的為佳。
