花生眉豆雞腳湯
Ingredients
新鮮雞腳8隻
瘦豬肉6兩
花生3兩
眉豆3兩
紅棗10粒
薑1塊

Cooking Method
1.
花生、眉豆洗淨,加水浸1小時,備用。雞腳洗淨,飛水,瀝乾水分。紅棗用刀拍鬆,去核。煲滾清水12杯,放入花生、眉豆、雞腳、瘦肉、紅棗、薑塊煲滾片刻,轉用小火煲2 1/2小時,下鹽調味即成。

經常飲用此湯水,可增強腰力及腳力,鞏固牙齒。若下栗子同煲,效果更佳。
