牛尾什菜湯
Ingredients
牛尾1斤
番茄12兩
馬鈴薯2個
洋蔥1個
椰菜1/2斤
薑2片

Cooking Method
1.
牛尾洗淨,飛水,備用。馬鈴薯去皮,洗淨,切塊。番茄、洋蔥、椰菜分別洗淨,切塊。煲滾清水12杯,放入牛尾、薑片用小火煲1 1/2小時,加入番茄、馬鈴薯、洋蔥、椰菜煲1小時,下適量鹽調味即成。

如買不到牛尾,可轉用牛腱,不過要延長烹調時間。
