1. | Devein prawns. Rinse and wipe dry. Mix with marinade and leave them for 5 minutes. |
2. | Tear the tough veins off the celery. Cut into strips at an angle. Stir fry celery with hot oil and seasoning until done. Set aside. | 3. | Break lily bulb into scales. Rinse in cold drinking water. Set aside. |
4. | Heat oil and stir-fry sliced garlic until fragrant. Put in prawns and stir fry until done. Add celery, carrot and thickening glaze. Put in lili bulb at last. Stir well and serve. |
