Ingredients
 
255g celery1 fresh lily bulb
6 slices carrot113g shelled prawns
4 slices garlic 
 

Seasoning
 
1/2 tsp salt
Thickening Glaze:3 tbsps water
1/4 tsp chicken bouillon powder1/4 tsp salt, sesame oil
1/2 tsp caltrop starch (mixed well) 
 

Marinade
 
1/8 tsp saltground white pepper
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Devein prawns. Rinse and wipe dry. Mix with marinade and leave them for 5 minutes.
2.Tear the tough veins off the celery. Cut into strips at an angle. Stir fry celery with hot oil and seasoning until done. Set aside.
3.Break lily bulb into scales. Rinse in cold drinking water. Set aside.
4.Heat oil and stir-fry sliced garlic until fragrant. Put in prawns and stir fry until done. Add celery, carrot and thickening glaze. Put in lili bulb at last. Stir well and serve.
