Ingredients
 
6 taels ( 240g ) lean pork1 ( 10 taels/400g) bitter gourd
2 taels (80g) soy bean3 taels ( 120g) dried oyster
10 bowls water 
 

Seasoning
 
a pinch of salt 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Rinse lean pork, scald for 2 minutes, drain and rinse again
2.wash, cut and remove pith of the bitter gourd; soak and rinse soy bean
3.rinse dried oyster well, remove shell Flakes on it
4.bring water to the boil, add all ingredients to boil for 1 hour and 30 minutes, season with salt to serve
5.Remark : If you worry about the bitter taste of bitter gourd, you can soak the bitter gourd in salt water before cooking.
