| 1. | Marinade beef for 10 minutes |
2. | Rinse enoki mushroom and dry up; cut crab sticks into half | | 3. | Put some enoki mushroom and 1 pc of crab stick on top of the beef and roll up. Roll up other beef using same procedure. |
