Beef Roll with Crab Stick and Enoki Mushroom |

10 slices of beef | 1 pack of enoki mushroom | some Mayonnaise | 5 sticks of crab sticks |

Seasoning

Marinade
|
|
1 tsp soy sauce | some salt | some pepper | |

Cooking Method

1. | Marinade beef for 10 minutes | 2. | Rinse enoki mushroom and dry up; cut crab sticks into half | 3. | Put some enoki mushroom and 1 pc of crab stick on top of the beef and roll up. Roll up other beef using same procedure. | 4. | Heat some oil, fry beef roll until cooked. Serve with Mayonnaise |
