1. | Soak vermicelli in water and drain |
2. | Soak mushrooms and cut into pieces; Rinse carrots, peppers and asparagus and cut into slices. | 3. | Heat some oil, sauté ginger and stir fry mushrooms, carrots, peppers and asparagus until cooked. |
4. | Add in vermicelli, cover up and let it cook until it has steamed. | 5. | Add in seasonings, stir-fry and serve. |
