1/2 pcs chicken | 1/2 onion | 3 tbsps shredded coconut | 1 tbsp curry powder | 1 tbsp minced garlic | 1/2 cup coconut milk |

1/2 tsp Salt | 1/2 tsp Pepper |

Cooking Method

1. | Marinade the chicken for 30 mins; sliced the onions | 2. | Heat oil. Stir fry the onion and shredded coconut. Add the chicken and fry until brown. | 3. | Heat oil. Fry the curry powder and garlic in low heat. Add the coconut milk until it boils, add in Chicken meat, cook until its cooked and the sauce thickens, add in seasonings. Serve Hot |
