6 pcs of Oysters | 1 pc of onion | 1 cup of Kimchee | 2 tbsp of Korean Spicy Sauce |

Cooking Method

1. | Rinse Oyster and poach for 2 minutes in boiling ginger water. Set aside. | 2. | Shred onion and sauté with some oil, add in spicy sauce, kimchee and 1 tbsp of water until boil. Add in oyster and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Serve |
