Beetroot Soup
Ingredients
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
150g Beetroot
500ml chicken stock
60ml orange juice
Seasoning
Some Salt
Some Pepper
Marinade
Cooking Method
1.
Heat olive oil. Add minced garlic and ginger to sauté for a while. Add the beetroot and chicken stock to bring to boil. Simmer for about 20 minutes. Add the orange juice. Puree with processor.

Season the soup with salt and pepper. Serve.
