Ingredients
 
1 tsp minced ginger 1 tsp minced garlic
150g Beetroot 500ml chicken stock
60ml orange juice 
 

Seasoning
 
Some Salt Some Pepper
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Heat olive oil. Add minced garlic and ginger to sauté for a while. Add the beetroot and chicken stock to bring to boil. Simmer for about 20 minutes. Add the orange juice. Puree with processor.
2.Season the soup with salt and pepper. Serve.
