Ingredients
 
125g basmti rice200g lamb fillet
1/4 onion1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced ginger1 tsp mustard seed
2 tsps masala powder 2 tsps coriander powder
About 300ml waterSome pinch of salt
 

Seasoning
 
 
 

Marinade
 
1 tsp of Salt 1 tsp of Pepper
1 tsp of Masala Powder 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Diced lamb fillet and Onion
2.Marinate the lamb with marinade for 20 mins.
3.Saute Onions in 3 tbsps of oil. Add in Lamb to fry briefly. Add in Garlic, Ginger, Mustard Seed, Masala Powder and Coriander Power, Mix Well.
4.Add the rice and stir well. Add water. Boil and turn to medium low heat to cook for about 10-15 mins until done with lid covered.
5.Remove from heat. Leave it covered up for further 10 mins. Season with some salt and Serve.
