1. | Diced lamb fillet and Onion |
2. | Marinate the lamb with marinade for 20 mins. | 3. | Saute Onions in 3 tbsps of oil. Add in Lamb to fry briefly. Add in Garlic, Ginger, Mustard Seed, Masala Powder and Coriander Power, Mix Well. |
4. | Add the rice and stir well. Add water. Boil and turn to medium low heat to cook for about 10-15 mins until done with lid covered. | 5. | Remove from heat. Leave it covered up for further 10 mins. Season with some salt and Serve. |
