Fry Frogs w/Bean Sauce |

Ingredients

240g Frogs | 1 tbsp diced water chestnut | 1 tbsp diced stalk celery | 1 tbsp diced carrot | 1 tbsp ginger slices | 1 tbsp minced garlic |

Seasoning
|
|
1/2 tsp sugar | 1/3 tsp salt | 1 tsp oyster sauce | 1 tsp bean sauce | Some Wine | Some Stock |

Marinade
|

Cooking Method
|
|
1. | Cut Frog into pieces and wash, pat with some cornflour and fry in wok until golden brown | 2. | Sautee Ginger and Garlic in some oil, add in Water Chestnut, Celery and Carrots, Mix Well | 3. | Add in Frogs and stir-fry, add in all seasonings, cook until sauce thickens. Serve Hot. |
