Deep-Fried Spare Ribs |

Ingredients

300g Spare ribs | 20g diced garlic | 20g diced ginger | 20g diced spring onion |

Seasoning
|
|
1/3 tsp sugar | 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce | 1/2 tbsp brown vinegar | |

Marinade
|
|
1/4 tsp salt | 1/3 tsp sugar | 1 tsp dark soy sauce | 1 pc Egg (beaten) |

Cooking Method

1. | Rinse & cut spare ribs into strips, mix with marinade | 2. | Heat some oil to saute garlic, ginger & spring onion, mix in seasonings,cooked until it turns into sauce and put on a bowl. | 3. | Pat spare ribs with some corn flour and deep fry until cooked, remove and put on plate, pour the sauce on top to serve. |
