Ingredients

Seasoning
|

3 tbsp water | 1 tsp light soy sauce | 1 tsp dark soy sauce | 1 tbsp honey | 1 tbsp ginger juice | 1 tbsp minced ginger |

Marinade
|
|
1 tsp sugar | 1 tsp sesame oil | 2 tbsp light soy sauce | 1/2 tsp ginger juice | 1 tsp Rose wine | |

Cooking Method

1. | Rinse and cut eels, marinate it with marinade for half hour. Fry in pan | 2. | When eel is cooked, add in seasonings ingredients and boil until sauce thickens and Serve Hot. |
