Ingredients
 
80g water biscuit, crushed35g unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsps blueberry jam45g unsalted butter, melted
60g rice bubbles30g almond slices
20g oats2 tbsps honey

Cooking Method
 
1.Preheat the oven to 180oC for 15 mins.
2.Mix the biscuit and butter. Press into 6’ round mould. Refrigerate for a while.
3.Brush the biscuit with jam. Combine well the other ingredients and place on top of the jam. Bake for about 15 to 20 mins until golden. Slice and serve.
