Ingredients
 
2pcs French goose liver1 pc laver sheet
Some shredded cucumber1 1/2 cup Japanese Rice
 

Seasoning
 
1/4 cup sugar1/4 cup sushi vinegar
1/2 tbsp salt 
 

Marinade
 
Some Salt Some Black Pepper
Some Tempura Powder 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Wash rice, scrubbed the rice, drain. Set aside for 10 minutes. Then,add in 1 1/2 cup water to cook the rice for 1 hour. Then, cover for another 10 minutes.
2.Place the rice into the big bowl. Then, add in seasonings and mix it with rice paddle. Cool down the rice by using a fan. Set aside.
3.Marinate the goose liver with marinade. Then, pay-fry.
4.Slightly pan-fry the laver sheet on the wok without oil. Then, cut into 2 pieces. Place the sushi rice on each piece of laver sheet and roll it. Then, put a piece of goose liver and shredded cucumber on each hand roll. Serve
