2. | Place the rice into the big bowl. Then, add in seasonings and mix it with rice paddle. Cool down the rice by using a fan. Set aside. | 3. | Marinate the goose liver with marinade. Then, pay-fry. |
4. | Slightly pan-fry the laver sheet on the wok without oil. Then, cut into 2 pieces. Place the sushi rice on each piece of laver sheet and roll it. Then, put a piece of goose liver and shredded cucumber on each hand roll. Serve |
