1. | Preheat Oven to 200 degrees |
2. | Mix butter and plain flour to become bread crumbs, mix in other ingredients to form dough, wrap in cling wrap and fridge for 30 minutes | 3. | For the filling, saute onion, curry powder and garlic in butter, add in beef to stir-fry, add in remaining filling ingredients and stir well. |
4. | Remove dough and roll out, cut with round cutter for about 20 pcs, Fill in the fillings and wrap with egg mixture. Fold and press the sides with fork. Sweep with some egg mixture and bake for 10 to 15 minutes and serve hot. |
